Historical Significance On the terrace at Mrs. Hardesty’s - -

Welcome to Mrs. Hardesty's Tea Room. There are more than 30 loose-leaf teas for your enjoyment. The history of tea still brews today with Gunpowder green tea as favorite tea for locals and our early settlers. Ask a server for tea suggestions and visit our "sniffer" bar to help you make your decision. We are available for traditional tea fare, light lunch and afternoon tea. Although reservations are not required, we do prefer reservations for larger groups. Mrs. Hardesty's Tea Room does have facilities within the Hardesty-Higgins House to host private meetings and parties.
