Wine is Mary Watson-Delauder's life. She is the creative Sommelier at Lansdowne Resort who has garnered recognition from NBC's Today and both Southern Living and Santé magazines for her Wine & Food Camp. The weekend class assists guests in picking and pairing wines suitable to their palate. Mary instructs, "that is your palate and no one else has that particular palate. You can not depend on other people to really tell you ... whether you're going to like something or not." The highlight of the weekend is a tour of Mary's garden where she matches fresh herbs with wines, assisting guests with aroma recognition.

"I'm trying to make wine more accessible and more fun. I pair wine with gummy worms. I pair wine with twinkies ... chardonnay and popcorn, oh my!" - Mary Watson-Delauder
